Refund & Return Policy

30-day easy returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The watch should be in its original packaging with all included accessories.

How to start a return

• Email support@biggerfive.com with your order number
• We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day
• Drop the package off — refunds are issued within 5 days of arrival

Exchanges

Want a different color or model? We'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier — no need to wait for the full round trip.

Defective items

If something arrives damaged or fails under normal use, it's covered by the 2-year warranty instead — replacement is free and you keep the return window intact.
